Track your AI citations and write the content that earns them

A tracking kit that shows where ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews mention your brand, plus the templates to write pages they’ll actually pick up.

You pay once and download it straight away.

Do you know what AI says about your brand?

Most teams don’t. They check their Google rankings every week while their buyers ask ChatGPT and Perplexity for recommendations, and nobody’s keeping track of whether the brand comes up in those answers at all.

And when teams do check, they type a couple of questions into ChatGPT once, see their name (or don’t) and move on. One check tells you very little, because the answers keep changing, even between two chats in the same tool. You need the same questions, asked the same way every month, with the results written down somewhere.

Fret not. That’s what the tracking kit is for, and the template pack takes care of the pages you’ll want to fix once you see the results.

What’s in the AI citation tracking kit?

It’s a Google Sheet that does the scoring and charts for you, and it comes with a short guide so you set it up right the first time.

  • The tracking Sheet. It has a prompt bank for your buyer questions, a monthly log covering six AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews and Copilot), a tab for competitors and a dashboard that builds the charts by itself.
  • PDFSetup guide (PDF). How to pick your first 20 questions, then add more, and ask them so your results stay comparable from month to month (from a fresh account or an incognito chat, a new chat each time, same wording every time). It also covers checking all six tools from day one, so your baseline is complete, plus what to look for once the answers come in, so you don’t panic over one bad month.
  • Question-writing prompt you paste into Claude or ChatGPT with your positioning and goals, to turn what your customers type into Google into what they actually ask AI.
  • Filled-in example with a made-up brand, so you can see what a few months of tracking looks like before you start yours.
  • “Not cited? Start here” checklist, with the first fixes to try when the results aren’t great.

For every answer, you log if AI mentioned you, if it linked to you, where you showed up and how it talked about you (positive, neutral or negative). The dashboard turns all of that into your mention rate, citation rate and share of voice over time.

Setup takes about an hour, and each monthly check about an hour.

What’s in the AEO template pack?

Every template puts a direct answer near the top and backs it up with sources AI tools can check, since that’s what they look for when choosing what to quote.

Page templates

  • Article template with an answer-first intro, question headings, a summary box and a sources section
  • Comparison page template (X vs Y), with the comparison table already laid out
  • “Best tools for X” template, because AI tools cite these lists all the time
  • Definition or glossary page template
  • Author bio template, so AI has a reason to trust whoever wrote the page
  • FAQ block template, with the matching FAQPage schema

Planning and checks

  • Content brief template with the AEO fields baked in: the target question, the answer in one line, the entities to mention and the sources to cite
  • Pre-publish checklist to go through before any page goes live
  • Refresh checklist for old posts that used to rank and now get skipped by AI
  • Schema snippets for Article, FAQPage, Organization and author, ready to paste

Templates and checklists come as PDFs, and the schema snippets as a .txt file you can paste from.

Is this for you?

It’s for you if:

  • You write or manage content for a brand, in-house or freelance, and you’d rather do this yourself than pay an agency every month
  • Your traffic is dropping and you suspect AI answers have something to do with it

It’s probably not for you if

you want a tool that tracks everything automatically. The kit is a manual Sheet, and that’s on purpose: you read every answer yourself, which is how you spot why a competitor gets picked over you.

How does it work?

  1. 1

You buy it on Payhip and pay once, and the download link lands in your inbox straight away.

  2. 2

Download your files. For the tracking kit, click the links in your “Start here” PDF to copy the Sheets into your own Google Drive.

  3. 3

Follow the guide to set up the Sheet and log your first round of answers (about two hours in total), then come back once a month to log the new answers.

Who made this?

I’m Solange, and I’ve been working in marketing for 15 years, most of it in content. This kit is the same setup I use at work: 20 buyer questions, every AI tool in one sitting, every month. The first thing it taught me? The pages AI picks are the ones that say something new, however tidy the rest are.

Frequently asked questions

Nobody can promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. The kit shows you where you stand and who’s getting cited instead of you, and the templates give your pages a much better chance of being quoted. The writing is still up to you, of course.

No. You need a Google account for the Sheet, and the free versions of the AI tools are enough to get started.

It’s built and tested in Google Sheets only, so you’ll need a free Google account to open it.

About an hour for 20 questions across all six AI tools.

Yes, you can use it with your clients. Just don’t resell or share the files.

There are no refunds, but if a file’s broken, I’ll fix or replace it.

Yes. Your download comes with a discount code for the other product.
